A wonderful book on promoting the realisation that thought has a power that can be used to send messages of light to help fellow human beings who are struggling and suffering throughout the world.
We are encouraged to focus and purify our thoughts and not let them roam wherever they fancy, spreading and polluting our surroundings . Through seeing thought as a living reality (and as actual living entities ) we are taught to be responsible for them. To cultivate thoughts that are kind, loving, pure and full of light.
