All health and well-being is dependent on inner harmony

Meditate on harmony, love it, long for it so as to introduce it into your every gesture, every look, every word. Let the word “harmony” impregnate you; keep it within you as a kind of pitch pipe, and when you are feeling worried or upset, take it out and listen to it and do nothing until your whole being is in tune with it once more.

Not only do human beings believe they have nothing to lose by cutting themselves off from universal harmony, but they are convinced that by detaching themselves from the laws of nature and struggling against them, they will gain freedom and become powerful. Well, this is the greatest mistake. Human beings become truly powerful and free only when they learn to vibrate in harmony with the universe, when they are able to hear the symphony of all nature in which everything sings: the forests, the rivers and the stars. It is this cosmic symphony that we call the music of the spheres. And in order to hear the music of the spheres, we must begin by harmonizing our entire being, all our organs, all the cells of our organs, by unremitting and profound work. The moment the very smallest particles of our being vibrate in unison, the symphony of the universe will be revealed to us.

Evolution Towards Light

I speak to you only of yourselves, of realities that exist within you. Even if you are still not aware of their existence and do not fully understand what I am referring to, I know that through my words I am contacting an entity whose only wish is to come into the light. This entity can be compared to a lotus that begins to develop underwater before blossoming on the surface. Things are born, take shape and begin to grow in the darkness of the subconscious. By the time they rise to awareness, they are no longer in their early stage but have almost reached completion, because they have already been in motion for a long time. In the same way, my words awaken in your deepest being a presence, a spiritual entity, which will one day emerge, like the lotus flower, to blossom above water.
